How We Operate
5 Pillars of Our Supply Chain
Collection Model
We operate a two-pronged collection strategy. Trained agents build relationships with households, street vendors and small businesses, offering fair prices and distributing containers. Our sales team partners with restaurants, hotels, schools and industrial kitchens through formal agreements. Standardised pricing ensures fairness across suppliers.
Technology & Traceability
Our operations platform captures every event from point-of-origin to export. Field agents and drivers use a mobile app (built to operate offline) to record photos, GPS coordinates, timestamps, test results and signatures. These data feed into an immutable chain-of-custody record, ensuring each batch can be traced back to its original source.
Testing & Quality Assurance
At collection points, visual and sensory checks screen for contaminants. Basic field tests estimate free fatty acid content using alcohol–NaOH titration and measure moisture. At the warehouse, samples undergo rapid testing for FFA, total polar materials and water/sediment before being graded as A, B or C. Only oil meeting buyer specifications is blended into export lots.
Storage & Logistics
Collected oil is transported in sealed containers to our regional warehouses. We allow settling to separate water and solids, filter to remove food particles, and batch oil by grade. Route planning ensures trucks return at least 95% full, reducing cost and emissions.
Supply Chain Integrity
Seller exclusivity prevents the same generator from supplying multiple buyers simultaneously. Pre-pickup approval gates ensure field tests pass before oil is moved. Traceability-critical evidence cannot be modified once submitted; any corrections are recorded as new events. These controls protect buyers from fraud and contamination.
